Symptoms

The Max's Sandbox© trial software download is taking a long time

Cause

The Max's Sandbox© downloads range between 25 to 35 Megabytes and if your internet connection is slow then it will certainly take a long time to download. On a conventional 56K modem it will take over 2 hours, while on broadband DSL or ADSL it will be about 8 minutes.

Resolution

If you don't have access to a high speed internet connection, we suggest you consider installing a Download Manager such as Gozilla and GetFlash to ensure that you are downloading as fast as your system and connection can. Download Managers will automatically recover from where you left off should you 'dropout' mid-download.
