Registering Max's Sandbox with a valid serial number fails.

Symptoms

When trying to register Max's Sandbox, the following error message is displayed. Registration process is not able to be completed.

Cause

Selecting a unicode language will cause Max's Sandbox to invalidate the serial number.

Resolution

In order to resovle this issue you need to change the Unicode setting to English (Australian).

1. Close all Max's Sandbox applications and Microsoft Office applications.
2. Click the Start Button and select Control Panel.
   
3. The Control Panel dialog box will appear.
4. Double click the Regional and Language Options icon.
   
5. The Regional and Language Options dialog box will appear.
   
6. Click on the Advanced tab.
7. Under the heading Language for non-Unicode programs select the language in the drop down list to be English (United States).
8. Click the Apply button.
9. Click the OK button.
10. Please note that you may require your original Windows XP CD.
