No speech output for Max's Toolbox after following the Support Article

Symptoms
- When logged on as a user with no administrative privileges, speech output from 'Peedy' is not audible, even though the registry permissions have been changed.
Cause
- NTFS File System requires addition permission to be applied to the Speech Engine and the location in which the speech engine temporarily writes to whilst in use.
Resolution
- Log on to the computer to be configured as a user with Administrator privileges for this computer. Right click Start Button and select Explore.
- Navigate to the C:\Windows\lhsp folder.
- Right click on the lhsp folder and select Properties from the popup menu.
- The following dialog box will be displayed.

- In the Security tab select the users for which you wish to apply the Full Control settings. For example if the users of your computer who need the talking feature are Power Users, then select the Power Users from the Name listbox.
- In the Permissions listbox tick the Full Control check box from the Allow column.
- Click Ok to apply the change.
- Navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder.
- Right click on the Temp folder and select Properties from the popup menu.
- The following dialog box will be displayed.

- In the Security tab select the users for which you wish to apply the Full Control settings. For example if the users of your computer who need the talking feature are Power Users, then select the Power Users from the Name listbox.
- In the Permissions listbox tick the Full Control check box from the Allow column.
- Click Ok to apply the change.
- Test to see if Peedy now has speech.
