Help does not work

Symptoms

The help files cannot be displayed.

Cause

Help files need Internet Explorer 3.02 or later to be displayed correctly. It is also recommended to use 16 bit true colour for the screen display.

Resolution

Install a later version of Internet Explorer. This is available from www.microsoft.com.
