Activities printed from within MaxCount© print over two portrait pages

Symptoms

When printing an activity it is printed across the top half of two portrait pages.

Cause

The workbook template for Microsoft® Excel is set to portrait page orientation by default.

Resolution

1. Locate the template using Windows Explorer. Each MaxCount© Activity has a corresponding folder and template located under C:\Program Files\Maxs Sandbox\MaxCount\Activities\\Support\.xlt
2. Open the Microsoft® Excel template (.XLT) by right mouse clicking on the XLT file.
3. Select the OPEN command from the right mouse button click menu. This will open the template in Microsoft® Excel.
4. Change page orientation by selecting the FILE menu then PAGE SETUP command.
5. Select the PAGE tab and set the ORIENTATION to LANDSCAPE
6. Close the Page Setup dialog
7. Close the template ensuring that you save the changes
8. Repeat steps 1 to 6 for each of the templates that you require to be printed in landscape instead of portrait.
