MaxWrite©, MaxCount© and MaxShow© buttons do not appear after installation of Max's Sandbox©

Symptoms

After installing Max's Sandbox© for Microsoft® Office XP, you open either Microsoft® Word, Excel or PowerPoint® and the relevant Max button does not appear on the toolbar.

Cause

This occurs when VB Projects are not trusted and macro security is set to High.

Resolution

You need to trust VB Projects by:

1. Open Microsoft® Word.
2. Select Tools, Macros, Security.
3. On the Security Level tab select the Medium option.
4. Click Trusted Sources tab.
5. Select Trusted Access to VB Projects.
6. Click OK.
7. Close Microsoft® Word.

The Max buttons should now appear in the relevant applications.
