When exiting MaxShow an unknown PowerPoint.exe error occurs

Symptoms

When exiting MaxShow the followind unknown error occurs

• PowerPoint.exe. The exception unknown software exception (0xc0020001) occurred in the application at location 0x7c812a5b. Click OK to terminate the program.

Cause

Incompatibility between Max's Toolbox© and Scholastic Keys© and Microsoft Student 2006.

Resolution

There is currently no fix for this issue. We are working on a resolution and will update this issue when it is available.
