Max's Toolbox© error occurs on launching the product

Symptoms

On the second launch of a Max's Toolbox© application Max's Toolbox© displays the following error: Could not perform the requested function.

Cause

The Office Clipboard is out of memory and thus does not allow the Max's Toolbox© toolbars to be created.

Resolution

There is no fix available for this issue. There is a short term workaround which can be used when the error message is encountered:

1. After you have encountered the Max's Toolbox© error, launch the Microsoft application equivalent of the Max's Toolbox© application you were trying to use.
2. Click the Edit Menu and select the Office Clipboard command. You will see the Office Clipboard appear on the left hand side of your screen.
3. Click the Clear All button.
4. Close the Microsoft application and then launch the Max's Toolbox© application again.
