Insert Clipart causes a Run-time Error 398

Symptoms

When using the Insert Clipart feature within the Max's Toolbox applications a series of Run-time Errors are generated and cause Max's Toolbox to stop responding.

Cause

Windows System Font being set to a dpi greater than 96dpi (the default).

Resolution

Change your Windows System Font back to 96dpi for Max's Toolbox to function by following the instructions below:

1. Click Start button, select Control Panel.
2. Click Display, click the Settings tab, and then click Advanced.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Set your DPI to Normal Size(96dpi).
5. Click OK twice and reboot your PC. Let XP update the fonts if required.
