MaxWrite© does not launch.

Symptoms

When launching MaxWrite© from the desktop shortcut or program files menu, Microsoft Word launches instead of MaxWrite.

Cause

If MaxWrite has failed to launch, the MaxWrite add-in will end up in the Disabled Items list.

Resolution

To re-enable MaxWrite, please follow the instructions below:

1. Ensure all Office applications including Outlook are closed.
2. Launch Microsoft Word.
3. Click the Help menu, select About Microsoft Word option.
4. Click Disabled Items button.
5. Select the Max's Toolbox: Maxwrite (msmwlib.dll) add-in and click Enable.
6. Close Microsoft Word.
7. Reboot the PC and then log on to the PC.

Now when you click on the MaxWrite shortcut, MaxWrite will launch.
